The Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs announced a new program to help individual artists, funded by the American Rescue Plan Act through its securing a $500,000 National Endowment for the Arts grant. The new Miami Individual Artists (MIA) Stipend Program provides artistic fees and stipends to artists for their work.

We are emphasizing this unique opportunity as part of our continuing efforts to help promote equitable access to cultural resources.
