Miami Emerging Arts Leaders - Ace Your Job Search: Insider Tips and Proven Strategies with Ramona Baker

Join the Miami Emerging Arts Leaders and national nonprofit leader Ramona Baker, Director, Master of Arts in Arts Administration at Goucher College and Principal, Ramona Baker Consulting, as she shares her insider tips and real-life experience on how to be successful in all phases of the job search.

Topics include how to: stay in the loop about job opportunities;  reframe networking to make it more productive; develop a resume that people want to read; and tailor the important (and often-dreaded) cover letter.

Ramona Baker is the director of the MA in Arts Administration program at Goucher College.  She is an expert in nonprofit arts leadership and an Executive Search consultant, working to connect arts organizations with the best candidates for new leadership. She has interviewed hundreds of individuals during her 30+ years of experience.
