The Golden Ticket senior arts program provides free access to the arts for seniors who are residents of Miami-Dade County! The program features FREE cultural offerings for Miami-Dade County senior residents, ages 62 and over.  A new print guide will be available in November 2023. Complete the form to join the mailing list. In the mean time you can access self-print tickets and view the current Golden Ticket opportunities as they arise.

Active Older Adults Program: Cardio Fitness Classes

Cardio Fitness is designed to help active older adults who are interested in improving their life through exercise. Classes combine three key components of fitness: Strength-Training, Flexibility, and Cardio-Conditioning and are taught by certified instructors. Each class is one full hour, is held indoors two to three times per week, presented in a fun environment making it the fitness choice for active older adults!

Many of Miami-Dade Parks Active Older Adult Recreation Hubs offer programs such as:  Tai Chi, Zumba Gold, Yoga/Meditation, Walk 4 Life, Water Exercise and Line Dancing.  Please note, not all activities are offered at every park.
