On August 29, 2024, the Third District Court of Appeal dismissed opposing counsel’s appeal, meaning that the lower court’s decision in favor of Miami-Dade County stands.
On May 7, 2024, the Appellate Division of the Circuit Court of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit denied the opposing counsel’s second motion for a rehearing, once again reaffirming its ruling in favor of Miami-Dade County, granting the County’s appeal regarding the Coconut Grove Playhouse.
