Fall Cycle Grants Program Deadlines for the FY 2024-2025 Available

The Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs has released guidelines and deadline schedules for the fiscal year 2024-2025 fall cycle of arts and cultural grants programs available to Miami-Dade County based nonprofit cultural groups. Court Ruling Denying the Request for a Rehearing

On April 12, 2024, the Appellate Division of the Circuit Court of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit denied the opposing counsel’s motion for a rehearing, leaving in place its ruling in favor of Miami-Dade County, granting the County’s appeal regarding the Coconut Grove Playhouse. To recap, Miami-Dade County filed a brief to overturn the City of Miami Planning and Zoning Appeals Board’s unsupported and erroneous decision to grant an appeal stopping the County’s approval of a waiver.
