A quarterly program for non-profit organizations developing small to medium-scale community-based cultural programs, projects and events, such as fairs, parades, neighborhood festivals, conferences and publications.

Tourist Development Grants Program (TDC)

A quarterly program which provides support to significant cultural and/or special events, including sports activities and television/film origination projects that promote Miami-Dade County's appeal as a tourist destination. Activities must be able to stimulate tourism and have significant media impact for Miami-Dade County.

Summer Arts and Science Camps for Kids Grants Program (SAS-C)

This annual program helps non-profit organizations provide underserved children in Miami-Dade County with opportunities to attend high quality cultural arts and science summer camp programs at little or no cost. Funding is intended to supplement established, high-quality programs, providing more children with the opportunity to participate in cultural arts and science summer camps.

Audience Access Grants Program (AUD)

Deadline: Ongoing
Provides funding to help pay for arts program ADA/access technology and services, such as American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters, captioning, audio description, materials in accessible format, ADA/access training, and other such services to ensure programmatic access for audiences of all abilities. This program is not intended to provide assistance in funding capital/facilities projects or improvements, such as construction, renovation or major equipment purchases.
Applications for this program are accepted on a year-round basis, subject to the availability of funds. Funding is limited, and eligible projects will be awarded on a first come, first served basis. Funded projects are paid on a reimbursement basis.

Artist Access (ART) Grants Program
Funded by Miami-Dade County in partnership with FUNDarte, the Artist Access (ART) Grant Program supports practicing professional artists residing in Miami-Dade County by funding career-advancing professional development opportunities, including workshops, residencies, master classes, conferences, and arts leadership or teaching artist training programs offered in-person or virtually. Applicants must demonstrate the opportunity's potential impact on their artistic growth and career advancement. Project-based presentations, degree or certification programs, touring engagements, and related production expenses are not eligible for funding, and awarded artists must wait one year before reapplying.

Miami-Dade County Auditorium's Away From Home Series presents "Whistling to Death" The Poetry of Nilo Cruz in Song

Arca Images and Miami-Dade County Auditorium presents the World Premiere of “Whistling to Death” The Poetry of Nilo Cruz in Song, a one-time concert event, taking place Saturday, June 13, 2026, at 5:30 pm at the Sanctuary of the Arts.
Conceived as part of Three Times Cruz, this musical evening brings the poetry and dramatic imagination of Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Nilo Cruz into song. With music composed and performed by Miranda, musical arrangements by Carlos Silva, and a script by Alexa Kuve, the concert creates an intimate journey through memory, exile, childhood, disguise, language, and the secret signals by which human beings insist on being seen.
