All Kids Included Professional Development Workshop: Arts4All Florida Inclusive Practices in the Arts

Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts | The Peacock Foundation Education Center
(Located on the first floor of the John S. and James L. Knight Concert Hall, on the east side of Biscayne Boulevard, main entrance is on NE 14th ST)


This special AKI professional development training is being presented in partnership with Arts4All Florida, Miami-Dade County Public Schools Department of Exceptional Student Education, and The Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts. 

This workshop is designed to provide a hands-on approach to learning about adaptive techniques for including every learner, together with the knowledge of universal design.  Participants will gain a sense of excitement and renewed energy, as well as practical skills on how to use the arts to inspire learning in the classroom and clinical settings, and to include students with disabilities in mainstream programs.

Getting to the Adrienne Arsht Center

Public Transportation (Metrorail / Metromover):  Take the Metrorail to Government Center station.  Follow signs to the Outer Loop and take a designated Omni Loop on the Metromover station sign.  Once on the Omni Loop, disembark at the Adrienne Arsht Center Station, located one block from the center.

Parking:  Self-parking is available in Lot C located directly in front of the Ziff Ballet Opera House for $1.50/hour payable via PayByPhone.
