Thursday, July 9th, the City of Miami Commission unanimously approved Miami-Dade County's appeal for the Coconut Grove Playhouse project’s zoning requests. This approval allows Miami-Dade County to begin permitting Phase 2 of the Coconut Grove Playhouse project, which includes completion of the Historic Gateway building, construction of the new state-of-the-art theater and the design and construction of the public parking Garage. Watch the City of Miami Commission meeting here.
