The Subscription Sales Representative effectively delivers fulfillment, event management services, and general Box Office support.
DUTIES
- Process subscription series ticket orders from external customers.
- Answer all customer questions with accuracy and confidence.
- Work and/or supervise events at Box Office as needed.
- Fulfill all ticket requests from internal departments.
- Handle special ticketing requests from external customers.
- Complete end-of-day reconciliation of cash and credit card transactions to ensure day- to-day balance with the Finance Department as needed.
- Maintain 100% accuracy in the daily sales reports as signed off by representative and supervisor.
- Assist in proofing marketing materials as needed and assist in releasing holds for all performances dictated by the holds release schedule.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Box Office.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Excellent data entry skills.
- Able to demonstrate sound judgment, integrity, and ethical behavior in all daily activities.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Skilled in Windows based computer programs, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written, in English.
- Able to work effectively and positively with others.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School or High School Equivalent: General/Business/or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Customer service experience in box office and/or retail environment.
