Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.  A minimum of two to four years of administrative experience to include contract development, compliance, and reviews is required.

The incumbent in this position will be responsible for the oversight and management of capital and construction contracts, ensuring compliance, cost control, and timely execution of projects. This position will be tasked with ensuring all regulatory requirements and standards comply, monitor project budgets and timelines, and collaborate with project managers to ensure proper contract execution and risk management.
