Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting and one year of accounting experience; OR Bachelor's degree to include 9 semester credits in Accounting and one year of accounting experience; OR one year of satisfactory performance as an Accountant 1 in the County service is required; OR five years of Accounting experience may substitute for the required four year of college education.
Recruitment Notes
This position will reside in the Department of Cultural Affairs and will report to the Financial Services Manager. The incumbent in this position will be responsible for performing functions in accounts receivable and accounts payable. This position entails working closely with grants administrators to process grant payments, performance agreements, construction payments, mileage reimbursement and collaborating with facilities on all financial transactions.
