Celebrating Inclusion, Inner-strength, and Resilience
The All Kids Included student art competition is open to all Miami-Dade students in grades Pre-K-12. Students are invited to submit original art work depicting the competition theme and are asked to draw on the competition's selected book for inspiration.
The theme for 2024 is inspired by the book, Whatever Comes Tomorrow, written by Rebecca Gardyn Levington, illustrated by Mariona Cabassa.
We might not know what the future holds, but the lyrical rhyming text in this beautiful book reassures readers that they have the resilience and strength to face whatever comes their way. The comforting, rhyming text and lovely, flowing illustrations show that worries are temporary and empowers readers to believe in themselves.
Student artists are asked to read the book for inspiration and depict the themes of inclusion, inner-strength, and resilience.
