  • Reminder – All Cultural Affairs Council members are required to complete Source of Income Statement Form and as necessary, Gift Disclosure Form. These forms are due no later than noon on June 30, 2025 and are to be submitted to the Miami-Dade Elections Department (or we will submit them on your behalf, if you provide us with the completed forms). Please be sure to retain a copy for your records.
  • Meeting Access: Individuals interested in joining the meeting online should contact Graham Winick, at Graham.Winick@miamidade.gov at least 24 hours prior to the meeting to request Zoom registration information. The next meeting of the Cultural Affairs Council is on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at the Stephen P. Clark Government Center, 111 NW 1st Street, 6th Floor Conference Room.

Please note that there must be an in-person quorum to satisfy Sunshine Act meeting requirements; once this requirement is satisfied, Councilors with a medical necessity can participate and vote by Zoom.
