  • The next meeting of the Cultural Affairs Council is scheduled for Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at 12 Noon at the Stephen P. Clark Center, located at 111 Northwest 1 Street, 6th floor conference room.

  • REMINDER – All Cultural Affairs Council members are required to complete Source of Income Statement Form and as necessary, Gift Disclosure Form. These forms are due no later than July 1, 2018 and are to be submitted to the Miami-Dade Elections Department (or we will submit them on your behalf, if you provide us with the completed forms). Please be sure to retain a copy for your records.
