
Steven Padilla is the Financial Services Manager for the Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs, and plays a key role in the management of the Department’s financial activities. His responsibilities include assisting the Department with the financial, budgeting, accounting, and procurement processes and activities to ensure accountability, efficiency and effectiveness. A reliable professional, he demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of the finance and budget operations of the Department and is a valued member of the Business Unit.
He has over ten years of experience working for Miami-Dade County, starting his career with the Finance Department under the account payable unit. There he managed the payment process for 20+ county departments.
Steven holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Florida International University, Landon Undergraduate School of Business.
