Thomas Armour Youth Ballet is currently seeking a Site Director for their after school program and 8-week summer camp. The Site Director is responsible for creating a positive and fun atmosphere; building positive relationships between families while consistently recruiting and retaining student engagement. The Site Director must have basic computer skills; the ability to establish positive leadership with the administrative staff; and possess excellent communication skills.
